7 Chakras Sound Healing Meditation

Focus your mind with sound vibration.

Playing singing bowls is an ancient form of nada yoga, the purpose of which is to use sound and sound vibration to calm and relax our mind and body, but on the other hand to help us focus. Chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning wheel or vortex. According to yogic energy anatomy, the human body has seven chakras, i.e. energy centers, which affect us on many levels. If the energy centers work freely, we are in balance. It is typical for one or more of our chakras to be underactive, while others are overactive. Because of this, we are in an imbalance that manifests itself as pain, illness and other problems in human life.

With the sound vibration of the singing bowls, we can affect the energy centers in addition to the physical body and mind: each of the seven chakras has its own frequency, as does each singing bowl. Sound vibrations can be used to balance and open energy centers. Balance and peace help us to work in everyday challenges with respect for oneself and others, and on the other hand prepare us for other yoga practices. In addition to singing bowls, mantras are also used in 7 Chacras Sound Healing meditation.
